Steps to creating your EPN account

Step 1: Navigate to the Sign Up page

Go to any page on partnernetwork.ebay.com and click on the blue 'Sign Up' button in the upper-right corner.

You will land on the Sign Up page. Choose the language via the corresponding flag imagery in the mid-right hand corner. Then, scroll down and click the 'Sign in with eBay' button at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Sign in to your already existing eBay account, or create a new one

eBay Partner Network accounts are tied to their related eBay accounts.

• If you already have an active eBay account, enter your email or username and password to proceed to the next step. If you have previously used this browser to log in to your eBay account, make sure the email address listed below the “Welcome back!” title is the correct one before proceeding to enter the password. To use a different email or username, click the “Switch account” button located next to the email address.

◦ Password: If you have forgotten your password, use the “Reset your password” option or “Text me a code” button to log in.

• If your browser doesn’t remember your previous login, enter the email address or username associated with your eBay account, then proceed to enter your password. If your eBay account email address is linked to your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, click the corresponding button.

• If you don’t have an existing eBay account yet, click on “Create account.” This option redirects you to create a new eBay account before continuing to the EPN registration. Even if you are signing up for your affiliate business, you can create a ‘personal’ account with a ‘generic’ business email address (e.g. affiliate@yourcompany.com). You only need the ‘business account’ for an account that will be selling merchandise on eBay.

◦ Enter your preferred email address in the name fields—this will be the email you use for your EPN registration. Then, click the “Create account” button at the bottom.

Step 3: Fill out the eBay Partner Network Sign Up form

• Your information - This information is pre-filled from your eBay account.

• Company information - Fill out all mandatory fields.

• Currency - Choose a currency from the dropdown menu. Currencies that aren’t listed in the dropdown menu are not available. Your earnings will be displayed in the selected currency. Please note that this setting cannot be changed once the application is submitted.

• Promotional Information - Enter your promotional information using the toggle buttons, selecting the appropriate property type - websites, mobile, or social networks.

• Agreements - Review the agreements and payout details. Use the “Download Program Terms” option to download them to your device.

Once you have entered your information and reviewed the Agreements, click the blue “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the page. A pop-up window appears confirming you have selected the desired currency. Please carefully review whether the currency is correct, if not, use the “Update Currency” option to change it. By pressing the “Continue” button, your application will be sent without an option to amend.

Step 4: Application Received

We have successfully received your application and will inform you of the outcome soon via email.

Step 5: Welcome to the eBay Partner Network!
